Welcome to Zibonele FM Academy, the home of industry-leading radio production training. Our Radio Production Course is an NQF LEVEL 5 Accredited by MICT SETA course designed to equip learners with comprehensive knowledge and skills to thrive in the broadcasting industry.

The year-long course is divided into 6 months of theory and 6 months of practicals, ensuring learners receive a well-rounded education that combines theoretical concepts with hands-on experience. Our facilitators are qualified and experienced in broadcasting, bringing years of expertise to the classroom and ensuring learners receive top-tier training and knowledge.

At Zibonele FM Academy, we are confident in the quality of our training, which is why we even offer employment opportunities to our learners should the opportunity arise. Learners are guaranteed to be well-trained and gain an in-depth understanding of the broadcasting industry. Upon completion of the course, learners will receive a Qualification certification that is NQF LEVEL 5 Accredited by MICT SETA, which can be used at any institute.

Please note that our course is not a long-distance learning or virtual learning program. Learners are required to attend classes in person for 3 days a week, for 3 hours a day, for the full year. To be eligible for the course, learners must have at least a Matric qualification and a passion for radio, but no prior experience is necessary.
